The AFC Cup is an annual Asian club competition run by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC). The 2023 AFC Cup is the 20th edition of the tournament. The tournament will be held from January 10 to February 18, 2024.

A total of 32 teams from 19 countries will compete in the tournament. The teams have been divided into eight groups of four teams. The top two teams from each group will advance to the knockout stage.

The knockout stage will consist of two rounds, the semi-finals and the final. The semi-finals will be played on February 13 and 14, 2024. The final will be played on February 18, 2024.

The winner of the tournament will qualify for the 2024 AFC Champions League.
